Service Description
For new clients and for existing clients with new conditions. This appointment will include a thorough assessment as well as a comprehensive treatment plan. If time allows, treatment will also begin in this session to maximise time. Please note, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations of appointments. The deposit is non-refundable, but in the event of cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, it can be used against a future appointment if booked within 2 weeks. If the appointment is a no show, unless otherwise agreed by Barry, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, but in the event of cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, it can be used against a future appointment if booked within 2 weeks. For appointments cancelled with 24+ notice - No cancellation fee. For appointments cancelled between 1 and 24 hours notice, 50% cancellation fee For appointments cancelled with 1 hours notice - 75% cancellation fee For no show - 100% will be charged. If the appointment is a no show, unless otherwise agreed by Barry, the deposit will not be refunded.
